How to Add MoviraTivi to IPTV Smarters Pro and Smarters Player Lite

IPTV Smarters Pro setup: 11 steps from install to your favorite home channels

1. Download the genuine app

   Get IPTV Smarters Pro from the developer website or from a store that lists it under the publisher WHMCS Smarters. On Fire TV, install it with the free Downloader app. Skip lookalikes called Ultimate, Mod or similar; they come from unknown publishers. Samsung and LG store listings differ by country and model year.

2. Apple owners: get Smarters Player Lite

   On iPhone, iPad or Apple TV, the App Store edition is called Smarters Player Lite. It costs nothing and reads the same MoviraTivi login. The app may offer an optional paid upgrade; live TV, the guide and favorites work without it. Read the Apple TV guide for tvOS menu names.

3. Choose the Xtream Codes API sign-in

   On first launch, agree to the terms, then select the Xtream Codes API button. That route brings in channel folders, guide data and the film library in one go. The playlist or M3U route works too, but it often loses the guide, so keep it as a backup only.

4. Type the three details and press Add User

   Call the profile whatever you like, for example Den. Copy the server line just as our message shows it, http:// at the front and the colon plus port number at the end. Then type the username and password, minding capital letters. Press Add User and wait for the first sync to finish.

5. Go to Live TV and open your country

   Tap Live TV. The category list on the left starts with the home-country folders: USA, Canada and UK, followed by Spanish-language and international sections. Each country is split into news, networks, sport, kids and entertainment. Scroll the full list once so you learn its shape.

6. Preview, then go full screen

   Selecting a channel plays it in a small preview window beside the list. Press OK again for full screen. Channel up and down move through the same folder, so you can compare two news channels without going back to the menu.

7. Favorite your everyday channels

   Long-press a channel, or tap its heart icon, to add it to favorites. A Favorites category then appears at the top of Live TV. Build it once: your local news, the networks you follow, a kids channel and the sport you watch. That short list becomes your home screen.

8. Check the guide and catch-up

   The TV guide tile shows now and next for a whole folder. Set the time zone in Settings if programs look shifted. Under Catch Up you see the channels that store recent programs; each one keeps a different number of days.

9. Adjust the player if a channel misbehaves

   In Settings, open the player options. Hardware decoding is the normal choice on TV boxes. If one channel shows a frozen picture with sound, switch that player to software decoding or try a different built-in player. Some builds also let you change the stream format.

10. Try Multi-Screen on a big TV

    Many builds have a Multi-Screen tile that splits the TV into several windows, each with its own channel. Every window is a separate stream, so two windows need a plan with at least two screens. A wired connection keeps the windows steady.

11. Sign in on the rest of the household

    Repeat the install on each extra device using that same login. Installs are unlimited; what your plan caps is simultaneous playback, between 1 and 5 screens. Each device keeps its own favorites, so everyone curates a personal list.

The Smarters home screen can feel crowded the first time. Most days you will touch two or three tiles. This table explains each one once your MoviraTivi account is loaded.

IPTV Smarters Pro on phones, tablets and computers

Smarters is often the second player in a home, the one that lives on a phone or a laptop while the living-room TV runs something else. On Android phones, the layout matches the TV edition, just smaller, and favorites stay on that phone. On Windows and Mac, download the desktop build from the developer and sign in with the same three lines; a computer makes a handy extra screen for news while the TV shows something else.

Two practical notes. Live TV on mobile data uses a lot of it, so stick to Wi-Fi where you can. And every phone or computer that plays counts as one screen on your plan, the same as a TV. Channels pausing in the evening? Five checks that usually fix it

• Connection: use an Ethernet cable, or move closer to the router on 5 GHz Wi-Fi; 2.4 GHz through several walls is the usual weak spot.
• Home traffic: hold off console updates, large downloads and cloud backups while you watch.
• Player: where the app has a buffer setting, raise it one step, and leave hardware decoding on unless a single channel acts up.
• Picture: switch on frame-rate matching if the device has it, so camera pans look smooth.
• Channel: if one copy of a channel stalls, open another copy in the same folder and tell us which one failed.

Common IPTV Smarters Pro errors and how to fix them

Live TV is empty after signing in

Hit the reload arrow on the main screen, then reopen Live TV. If it stays empty, log out and back in. In most cases the server line is missing its port number at the end.

Invalid username or password

Retype both by hand instead of pasting, because pasted text can carry a hidden space. Check capital letters. If they match our message exactly, confirm your plan or trial has not ended, then message us.

Picture freezes but sound continues

The hardware decoder is struggling with that channel. Switch the player to software decoding in Settings, or try another version of the same channel in that folder.

Channels buffer in the evening

Plug in a cable or sit nearer the router, power-cycle the router and hold off big downloads. When just one channel buffers, open its twin in the folder and let us know its name.

Favorites disappeared

Favorites are saved on each device and profile. Clearing app data, reinstalling or switching profiles wipes them. Rebuild it once; a short list is quick to redo.

A Multi-Screen window will not play

You have reached your screen limit, because each window counts as one stream. Close a window or stop playback on another device.

The app crashes on a Fire TV Stick

Clear its cache under Settings, Applications, Manage Installed Applications. If it still crashes, install the current version from the developer site; message us and we send the right link.
